BASIL, Red Rubin

Red Rubin is one of the best red-leafed basils. It has smooth, flat and large leaves, about 3 to 4 inches (8 – 10 cm) long and purple flowers. The dark red to purple leaves have a sweet and slightly spicy flavour. Great for infused oils and vinegars; add in salad for a splash of colour and a burst of flavour.
