Bonsai is a compact, fast-growing and uniform variety of Greek basil, celebrated for its robust flavour and delightful aroma. Bonsai was bread to be grown indoors on a sunny windowsill or countertop. It can also flourish outdoors, adding beauty to a window box or a herb garden. The smaller, bright green leaves make it perfect for snipping off and throwing into any recipes such as dressings, salads, soups and sauces without needing to be chopped. Basils will continue to grow after being harvested. Good for pollinators. Greek basil can be stored by drying it in small bundles in a cool space, then storing the dried basil in a tightly sealed glass jar in a dark spot.
