Everleaf Thai Towers is a gorgeous columnar basil plant with masses of tightly packed green leaves with occasional purple flecks and soft purple stems. This plant blooms 10 to 12 weeks later than other types of Thai basil, resulting in abundant harvests of flavourful leaves throughout the summer months. Its aromatic and vibrant anise flavour beautifully enhances any dish, particularly within Asian cuisine. The taste of Thai basil is profound, with strong hints of cinnamon and licorice.
