Excellent early season hybrid with a sweet-spicy taste. This is a favourite early cabbage that produces about 5 inch (13 cm) heads with small cores. The dense, 3 – 5 lb (1.35 – 2.3 kg) dark green-blue cabbage has leaves that are thin and juicy. Perfect for stir-fries, cabbage rolls, and coleslaws. Farao holds well without splitting in the summer heat. Very uniform and disease resistant.
