Cayennetta is cayenne chili pepper known for being a compact, high-yielding plant. It has a very neat and attractive growing habit that doesn’t require staking making it ideal for hanging baskets, pots, containers, windowsills and garden borders. It features a heavy yield of mildly spicy, cylindrical green-to-red peppers, roughly 3-4 inches (8-10 cm) long, and offers excellent cold and heat tolerance due to its naturally dense foliage, which protects the fruits from sunscald. Easy to grow. Cayennetta is a versatile pepper used in cooking for its flavour and heat or for making hot sauce and chili powder. Mild: 10-20000 Scoville Units.
