Vitaverde F1 Cauliflower

The vibrant, colourful heads of Vitaverde look beautiful, both in your garden and on your dinner plate. Fast-growing and vigorous plant. This cauliflower is good for both cool and warm season production as it handles the summer heat well. Large, brilliant green heads with large, firm and heavily segmented curds, can grow up to one pound (454 grams). This gourmet beauty has a mild, sweet and nutty flavour and is high in Vitamin C and fiber.
Serve Vitaverde fresh as a crudité or steamed to enjoy its natural vibrant colour. The green hue has a tendency to fade when boiled. Tip: add a few drops of lemon juice to the water to help maintain its bright colour.
To store, refrigerate unwashed cauliflower in storage bags for about 5 days.
